I really want to be emo and have cool hair. And dress like everyone else, and call myself a non conformist.

Where do all the emos shop. There has to be like only one place they get their clothes because they all look the same....? Also, do I have to be gay to be emo? Should I kiss guys?

Im so worried the emos will not like me.....if I sit on the corner and cry will they like me?

First things first: go immedietely to Hot Topic and buy everything. Grow your hair out so it covers one of your eyes. Put eyeliner around the other eye. Get a backpack and fill it with tissue so you can wipe your wet eyes and runny nose. Then start listening to music that would only appeal to a thirteen year old boy. That should get you all emo'ed out. Then you'll be cool.

There are different TYPES of emo. I cant list all of them, but being emo is a hard thing to adjust to. It isn't just all cutting themselves and rebelling, we are all the same. Us emos usually shop at Hot Topic, if you have heard of it. NO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE GAY..................thats just a stupid myth that mainstream people made up about us. Yeah, there might be some people that won't like you, but they eventually will and will begin to accept you. Crying, my favorite thing to do.............it is just so relieving to let it all out. BUT, NOT ALL EMO'S CRY..............just remember that. Emo is a title, but don't let it get to your head. Cry and Headbang, and ignore all the haters and mainstream jerks.
