Blue highlights on blonde hair?

well, i have natural blonde hair, and its not white blond nor dark blonde. i have emo style hair and my parents won't let me put highlights in until im older. any ideas on how i can persuade them? also, would i look good if i had light blue hair under a bit of hair in my fringe??

If you think that you are at a suitable age to dye/highlight your hair, talk to your parents about it. Say what good it can bring and all the other things. But if they still disagree with you, just wait a while and then they might think that you've matured and may consider letting you change your hair.

I think that blue's a really cool colour, but if you've never highlighted your hair before, maybe choose something more subtle first. And then later you can go more explicit.

get a semi permit blue it washes out in 12-28 shampoos and it would look good

i used to have this, sortve a hairgel? i think it was made by the fudge brand. anyway im sure you could get something similar.

i had red, but it came in different colours too.

all you need to do is put some on the hair that you want coloured and then comb it thru to get rid of the tangles and stuff.

then when ur done it just washes out.
