My roommate got her hair cut in an emo style, and wants the bangs to kick out to the side like in this photo.

We want a kind of curve to it. Tried pommade, straightening, combing, gel. We're not sure how to tease hair either so we're lost. Please help!

get the curling iron and get it real hot and put in where you want the curve to be. maybe that'll help
