How do you dye your hair like this?

My hair is browm and a scene/emo style but i'm bored with it and want to dye it. This style of stripped dyed hair is really cute! but idk how to do it so...problem! HELP!!! i want the strip to be blonde and the stripes black so i can dye it with cool aid and have it what ever color i want when ever i want. and if it's not to much trouble suggestions of good permanent-long lasting hair dye-for blonde and black! cause i wash my hair every night!

alright you take the piece of hair you want to do it on

tape every inch/ half inch how ever far apart you want the stripes to be with clear tape

(make sure spaces are even)

get your hiar dye and gloves

put hair dye on fingers and rub untaped hair
