There are emo girls, you know. They're not all guys, and I have to agree that they do look weird. But I listen to emo music because everything else is crap! Rap and all that garbage, and rock isn't really that good these days.

I agree. Emo is one of the lamest genres of music in the history of rock. Likewise, the "scene" that accompanies this crap music is completely pathetic. I understand you. I don't get the way they think I mean they want to be unique but they're not really achieving that are they? They should rebel against everything and start wearing bright colors just to retain their individuality

People should not label themselves. But I guess it's their choice. I think you're being a bit harsh about all of this though.I like Fall Out Boy. Emo people aren't that bad they are had to understand though. But when you get past that they're alright.

Emo is about the biggest sterotype out there at the moment. Yeah there are emo people but that doesn't mean the all cut themselves and what not. Emo is a lifestyle. If some people just can't learn to deal with it, they just simply have to ignore it.
