i have short hair and cant figure out how to get the emo fringe my hair is only down to the top of my eyebrows so how can i get tan emo fringe

dye ur hair black and put gel in it then with ur fingers make the front of ur hair *** to the front but go off of ur face so it sticks out in front

well since your hair is short you need to grow it out.
in the front do it to about the middle of your eyes or below eye brows and in the back have it under your hair line on your neck but not like really long. also peircings and skinny jeans
